A resident of Oyigbo local government area, has alleged that illegal oil refiners have relocated from Port Harcourt to Oyigbo local government area.
The lady said yesterday, she was feeling pains in her nose and decided to use wipes to clean it only to discover black particles that looked like charcoal.
She called on the state governor, Nyesom Wike to take same measures he took in Port Harcourt, in Oyigbo to put an end to the menace.
“I heared from a taxi driver Black soot has reduced in Port Harcourt but I can tell u all the Port Harcourt po fire people has come to oyigbo. Yesterday my nose were so so painful this early morning I can feel it in my mouth,” he said.
“Pls below is how my nose looks like charcoal when I clean it with wipes. I wish this can be on frontpage so it might probably reach his excellency Governor Nyesom Wike. To take the same measure in oyigbo we are dying here,” he added.
