Supreme Court judge, Mary Ukaego Odili, will officially bow out of the nation’s Judiciary, on Thursday, May 12 2022.
This is for attaining the mandatory retirement age of 70 years.
Director of Press and Information for the Supreme Court, Festus Akande disclosed this in a statement today.
According to him, a court session will be presided over by the Chief Justice of Nigeria, CJN, Ibrahim Tanko Muhammad, and will hold at the main courtroom of the Supreme Court in the morning of Thursday.
Dignitaries from the Nations judiciary are expected to grace the occasion.
Mary Ukaego Odili is a Nigerian judge and wife of Peter Odili, who served as Governor of Rivers State from 1999 to 2007.
