Nafiu Bala, a chieftain of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), on Thursday led his supporters to the headquarters of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Abuja.
Bala, who is vying for control of the party, is asking INEC to recognise him as the authentic national chairman of the ADC.
He is currently engaged in a legal dispute with the faction led by David Mark.
His protest comes a day after the Mark-led group staged a similar demonstration at the INEC office.
