The Independent National Electoral Commission says there will be restriction of movement in Obio/Akpor and Port Harcourt City Local Governments ahead of tomorrow’s election.

Head of voters Education Mark Usulor in a chat with journalists. He further stated that details of the restrictions would be made known later.

He also did not mention if Khana and Gokana will be included in the restriction.
