The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Rivers State has published Forms EC9 and the official list of nominated candidates for the February 21 bye-election in the state.
The publication was made today at the INEC state headquarters as part of the commission’s preparations for the upcoming poll.
The bye-election is scheduled to be held on February 21 to fill vacant seats in the Rivers State House of Assembly (RSHA). The release of Forms EC9, which contain the personal particulars of candidates, allows for public inspection in line with electoral guidelines.
