The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has announced the activation of its online portal for the recruitment of ad-hoc staff for the 2027 General Election.
According to a public notice issued by the commission, the INEC Portal for the Recruitment of Election Staff (INECPRES) would opened for applications on Friday, September 18, 2026, and will close on Wednesday, November 18, 2026, at midnight.
Interested applicants are required to apply through the commission’s official website at www.inecnigeria.org, which provides access to both the mobile application and web application.
Applicants using laptops or desktop computers can access the portal via pres.inecnigeria.org, while Android users can download the mobile application through www.inecnigeria.org/pres.apk or https://inecpres-app.com/pres-app.apk.
INEC urged interested candidates seeking to serve as ad-hoc staff during the 2027 general election to submit their applications within the stipulated period.
