Founder of Sahara Reporters and Co-ordinator of the #RevolutionNow movement, Omoyele Sowore, has distanced himself from a WhatsApp voice note urging people to engage in the murder of some political figures in Nigeria.
Sowere who made this revelation on his social media platform, alleged that the voice note “might” have emanated from persons in President Buhari’s administration, desperate to rope him into the plot with the aim of rearresting him.
He urged his supporters to ignore the purported voice note but concentrate on rescuing the country as defined through the #RevolutionNow movement.
