Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State, has explained why he criticizes the National Working Committee of the People’s Democratic Party.
The Governor in a meeting with some members of the NWC of the party, who had attended his late uncle’s burial, yesterday in Port Harcourt, said he criticizes the leadership of the party to make them sit up and work towards winning the 2023 elections.
Governor Wike said he would remain a member of the party, stating that he does not have the capacity to join another political party.
Wike also noted that he bears no grudge gainst any member of the leadership of the party, as rumored in some quarters.
In addition, the Governor said the party’s chairman, Uche Secondus remains his brother and friend as there is no rift between them.
