Hoodlums are currently on rampage at the Iloabuchi axis of Diobu in Port Harcourt following the death of one person on Sunday, during a fight.
A suspected cultist was reportedly shot dead on Sunday, after rival cult groups clashed in the area.
The incident, has led to commotion in the area as cult groups are after each other. Security operatives were seen trying to arrest the situation.
Investigation by Elanhub revealed that the incident has caused panic and apprehension among residents of the area.
