Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State, says Nigerians are at risk of attacks today, because the ruling All Progressives Congress has failed to protect the nation.
Wike dislocesd this during a meeting with traditional rulers of Ogoni Kingdom at Government House, Port Harcourt, on Thursday.
He said there is no day in the country that people are not been slaughtered, as the security architecture of the nation have been overwhelmed.
Wike said Nigerians who voted for the party have seen the difference between the present government and that of the People’s Democratic Party.
He said one of the problems bedeviling the nation is the failure of Nigerians to hold leaders accountable.
The Governor, said the nation will be a much more better place if citizens begin to hold leaders accountable for campaign promises made.
