A man suspected to be a military officer has reportedly seized the phone of a yet-to-be identified lady worth over hundred thousand naira for refusing to sleep with him after spending the sum of N3,500 on her, on two different occasions.
A member of the Centre for Basic Rights And Accountability Campaign, Prince Wiro disclosed this in a statement on Friday.
He noted that the matter has been reported to the relevant authority as investigation is currently ongoing.

I have a case at hand,where a suspected Military personnel in PortHarcourt said to be serving in one of the Military formations in the state bought RICE and DRINK worth 3,500 naira for a lady he is asking out when they went for outing on two occasions.
After proper check,the lady said she cannot date him.The suspected Military officer tricked her to meet him up for the third time.The unsuspectng lady came and the suspected Military officer seized her phone valued over 100,000 naira.For over three weeks,the suspected Military officer is with the lady’s phone.
The suspected Military officer has told the lady he will only give her the phone back when she pays him 30,000 naira for time wasted.
The matter has been reported to the Authority of the particular Military formation in Rivers State and they have promised to investigate the matter.
