The Governor of Rivers State Nyesom Wike has admonished political parties to keep their houses in order and stop giving the judiciary numerous problems with series of litigations.
He equally stated that he has no problem with the emergence of Governor Godwin Obaseki as the flagbearer of the party in Edo state.
During an interview on Arise Television, Wike expressed joy at the crises rocking the ruling APC as the internal problems of the APC creates an opportunity for the PDP to grow stronger. We have had a fair share of our own crises during the Ali Modu Sheriff era, he stated.
Wike who is known for criticising the APC led Federal government equally took a swipe at the party, stating that they are not a political party as they only came to takeover power. “It is not my business to help APC to be united,” he asserted.
The ruling APC has witnessed a series of crises over leadership, resulting in an intervention of the president, who argued for the dissolution of the NWC of the party, few days ago.
