Rivers State Governor, Sim Fubara has sworn-in 16 new permanent secretaries.
The event took place at the Executive Chambers of the State Government House in Port Harcourt on Tuesday.
Governor Fubara after the swearing-in directed the head of the State Civil Service, Dr. George Nwaeke to handover official cars to the permanent secretaries.
The governor revealed that the appointees were not chosen based on political considerations.
