A youth leader in Rivers State, identified as Charles Jaja says Governor, Sim Fubara is handicapped in the selection of his Commissioners.
Jaja in a statement today, said the Immediate-past governor of the state, Nyesom Wike is behind the appointments.
According to him, the governor will face a lot of challenges as the reappointed commissioners will be loyal to Wike and not him.
He also said, he does not expect much from the reappointed commissioners due to the fact that they did not in the previous government.
Jaja called on the governor to be wary of such persons.
