MEDITATION SCRIPTURE: “All things were made through him, and without him was not anything made that was made.” Jn.1:3
READ: JOHN 1: 1-5
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 The same was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. 4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men. 5 And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.
Many religions of the world recognize Jesus as a good man, a prophet, a teacher, a holy man etc, but only the bible revealed His true identity. He is the Word that was made flesh, the living Word, the bread of life, the fountain of living water; He is the one with the Father, inhabiting eternity. He is the Alpha, the Omega, the Son of God, the express image of the God-head, full of grace. Amen.
Being one with the Father means that He was in the beginning before the beginning began, all things were made by Him and without him nothing existed (Jn.1:3).
His ministry and power as the creator did not stop after creating the world. During His earthly ministry, He performed so many creative miracles. He turned water in to wine (Jn.2:5-90), gave sight to a man that was born blind (Jn.9:6-9), He multiplied bread and fed thousands of people with five loaves of bread and two fishes (Jn.6:8-12). He gave the lepers a new flesh and re- integrated them into the society ( Lk.7: 25), the dead heard His voice and came back to life (Jn.11:44). He is still in the business of creation and recreating things even today. His creative power is available to touch and restore any damaged organ of your body to life. He can recreate your world of sorrow and pain to give you unspeakable joy and abundant peace.
To shut Jesus out of your life is to shut the creative power out of your life resorting to a life of darkness and pain.

PRAYER POINT: Lord, I welcome Your creative power into my life, Amen.
