The Federal Road Safety Commission in Rivers State has warned drivers against early morning driving due to fog that makes it difficult for people to see clearly.
State commandant, Salusi Galandunci gave the warning in a statement on Monday.
According to him, drivers could easily run into parking vehicles, have head-on collision or even run into road blocks mounted by criminals for not seeing clearly.
He advised drivers to wait till the weather is clear before coming out to avoid accidents.
He also warned drivers against wrong parking, and driving when it rains heavily.
