Over fifty-five makeshift buildings were this morning razed by fire at Chikewolu street, NTA-Apara link road, Port Harcourt.
The fire, we gathered destroyed properties worth millions of naira and was later put out by residents and business owners around the area after firefighters failed to show up, despite several calls.
The cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained.
