Christ Mercyland Deliverance Ministry in Warri, Delta State was yesterday gutted by fire.
General Overseer of the church, Prophet, Jeremiah Fufeyin who confirmed the incident in a statement said his disobedience to God’s directive may have led to the incident.
According to him, he was expecting the incident for disobeying God’s command to build a new church.
“If was not expecting this incident before, I would have asked God questions. God told me this thing is coming,” he said.
“The Lord had told me, Go and build my house. Where you are using currently is not a church house, it is just a partner house,” he added.
