A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, Chief. Eze Chukwuemka Eze has reacted to the defection of Chris Finebone from the party to the People’s Democratic Party.
Eze, in a statement over the weekend described Finebone as an “inconsequential figure”, who apart from speaking for the party and enjoying all that his efforts brought him, added nothing to the party.
He also described Finebone and others who have since left the party as moles whose role was only to spy for Gov. Wike and the PDP.
Eze, commended Wike for possessing a large heart to tolerate and accommodate all those who insulted him to the high heavens and ran back to him for succour.
Part of his statement reads
“It has been my position all these years that the problem with the Rivers State APC is nothing but too much ingrates and unnecessary crowd claiming to be members of the party but are just moles spying for PDP and Governor Wike,” he said.
“apart from speaking for APC and enjoying all that his efforts may have brought to him, what other rewards has he (Finebone) brought to the party? but the fact remains that most of us don’t have enough shame.”
“This was a man who attributed to Governor Nyesom Wike the recent outbreak of measles in the state and has called Wike all sort of names and today dining with him just because of hunger or for any other reason he may give.
