The Federal Government has said that Nigerians should expect a massive increase in cases of COVID-19 cross the country in the coming weeks.
Boss Mustapha, Secretary to the Government of the Federation and Chairman of the Presidential Task Force on COVID-19, disclosed this at the Presidential briefing on COVID-19, yesterday.
He noted that the recent #EndSARS protests and the governorship elections in some states is likely to trigger an increase in COVID-19 infection in the country.
He also said sanctions will be taken against travellers who fail to present themselves for Coronavirus tests upon arriving the country.
