The feeding allowance for inmates in Nigeria, has been increased by 50 per cent by the Federal Government.
Abubakar Umar – spokesperson for the Nigeria Correctional Service disclosed this during an interview with PUNCH Online on Thursday.
“The inmate feeding allowance has been increased by 50 per cent, effective from August 2024. This is just the first phase,” he said.
