Detained lawmaker, Hon. Farah Dagogo has been remanded at the Correctional Centre by a State High Court sitting in Port Harcourt.
This was after the case was adjourned till May, 20 2022 for consideration of his bail application.
Farah, was last week arraigned before the court after a Federal High Court had granted him bail and restrained the Police and other parties involved from arresting him.
The lawmaker is facing two-count charges bordering on conspiracy to felony and cultism.
He was arrested by a team of police officers on the order of the state governor, when he went for his screening at the south-south zonal office of the PDP in Port Harcourt.
