The Rivers State Civil Society Organization, RIVCSO, has declared detained Rivers Lawmaker, Hon. Farah Dagogo a “Political Prisoner.”
Chairman of the group, Enefaa Georgewill in a statement over the weekend, described Farah’s arrest as politically motivated.
He condemned the arrest of the Rivers governorship hopeful and called for his unconditional release by the Rivers State Government.
Farah, was few days ago arrested by the Police after he was declared wanted by the state governor, Nyesom Wike for allegedly disrupting the primaries of the People’s Democratic Party.
Recall that Farah was last week rushed to the hospital by the Police, after he complained of stomach and chest complications.
