Detained Rivers Federal Lawmaker, Farah Dagogo is expected to appear before a Magistrate Court, in Port Harcourt, Today.
Farah, was remanded in Police Custody, when he first appeared before the court, few days ago by Chief Magistrat, Amadi Nna.
This was on the ground that the prosecution team failed to comply with the new practice direction of Magistrate Court.
Farah, is facing two-count charges of conspiracy and instigating cultism during the screening exercise of the People’s Democratic Party in Port Harcourt.
He was arrested on the order of the State Governor, Nyesom Wike when he came for the Governorship screening of the party.
Gov. Wike, had in a statement yesterday, labelled Hon. Farah and Illiterate and a criminal at a Thanksgiving service in Port Harcourt.
He also threatened to deal with Farah, noting that he has entered and would not come out again.
