The case involving detained Rivers Federal Lawmaker, Farah Dagogo and the Rivers State Government has been adjourned till May 23 2022.
The Chief Magistrate, Amadi Nna adjourned the matter because the suspect was not present in court, today.
The suspect was expected to take his plea and also file for bail application, today.
Farah Dagogo is facing two-count charges of conspiracy and instigating violence during the screening of the People’s Democratic Party in Port Harcourt.
