The families of Amadi-Opara Okokwu in Nkpolu-Oroworukwo, Port Harcourt City Local Government Area and Okocha-Okania, Rumuokwuta in Obio/Akpor Local Government Area of Rivers State, have announced the burial arrangements of their beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and aunt, Late Mama, Eunice Ndukwuru Amadi.
Mama Eunice slept in the lord on November, 22, 2023 at her residence. She was aged 103.
According to the burial arrangements, an evening of tribute will be held in her honor on Friday, March 1, 2024 at #6 Amadi Lane by 4:30PM.
She will be laid to rest on Saturday, March 2, 2024 after an interdenominational church service by 9:30AM at #6 Amadi Lane.
Late Mama Eunice, is the mother to Prof. Richard N. Amadi – Dean, Faculty of Communication and Media Studies, Rivers State University.
May her gentle soul find rest in God’s bosom.
