TEXT: Mark 6: 31 – 56
MEMORY VERSE: “But he answered, you give them something to eat.” Mark 6:6a
Jesus leadership was empowered not by a sense of duty or obligation or by a desire to build an image but by compassion. Great leader, like Jesus, build a deep love for people that moves them to do far more than obligation could ever induce. Do you deeply love those you lead?
When we are leading people we should not only assist them to satisfy their spiritual need but go the extra mile to satisfy their physical needs or care about their welfare.

One of the major items in ESOCS ten (10) year development is to empower your members who have no means of livelihood. This will go a long way in putting food on the table of members who will remain in the Holy order and convert more souls for the kingdom.
