The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) says election will not hold in one polling unit in Rivers State during the February and March elections.
INEC Chairman, Mahmood Yakubu in a statement on Monday said elections will not also hold in one polling unit from Edo, Kwara and Zamfara states.
He said in Imo state, elections will not hold in 38 polling units and that elections will not be holding in about 240 polling units across 28 States with the above-mentioned states included.
According to him, the affected polling units have no registered voters as election will take place in about 176,606 polling units across the country.
