Today, the Rivers State Tribunal sitting in Abuja the Federal Capital Territory of Nigeria, upheld the election of Distinguished Senator Allwell Heacho Onyesoh of the People’s Democratic Party, in the matter EPT/RV/SEN/10/2023 between Okwuwolu Wolu Ekelechi Benjamin and Independent National Electoral Commission and two others.
The hallowed court in it’s ruling, validated the February 25th, 2023 National Assembly elections which was conducted in all the states of the federation.
