The Executive Chairman of Etche Local Government Area, Obinna Anyanwu has ordered for the reconstruction of the dilapidated Igbodo primary school in the area.
The council boss gave the directive when he visited the school, Today.
Anyanwu, who was accompanied by stakeholders of the area, said work would commence immediately.
The management of the school commended him for the bold step.
Recall that the Rivers State Universal Basic Education Board had said that the State Government has taken note of dilapidated schools in the State.
This was after pictures of such schools went viral.
