Following the death of a Port Harcourt Social Media Influencer, Michael Folorunsho popularly known as YemiThePlug a group of angry youths Today barricaded the University of Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital.
The youths; friends and colleagues of the deceased were at the hospital to demand an explanation on how Yemi died after he was brought to the hospital alive.
A source said Yemi died due to negligence after he had an Asthma attack and was rushed to the University of Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital.
“Yemi is dead Today due to UPTH negligence. He was brought to the hospital alive but the nurse in question needed a dorm of identification. Identification in a case of emergency????” a Facebook user said.
The Management of the Hospital was yet to react to the incident as at the time of filing this report. Efforts to reach the hospital’s management have not been successful.
