The Presidential Steering Committee on COVID-19 (PSC), says Nigerians will start receiving the second dose of COVID-19 vaccines from Tuesday, August 10, 2021.
Willie Bassey, Director of Publicity of the PSC, disclosed this in a statement on Saturday in Abuja.
The four million doses of Modern vaccines about to be administered were donated by the United State of America.
“In view of the above, the inoculation is scheduled from Tuesday, Aug. 10, at the Federal Medical Centre, Jabi, off Airport road, Abuja,” he said.
“The PSC has received over four million doses of Moderna vaccine donated by the U.S. Government to Nigeria,”he added.
