Rivers State recorded 0 new cases of COVID-19 yesterday. The total number of confirmed cases in the state still stands at 7,060 with 6,896 discharged and 101 deaths.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), made this known on its Twitter handle, during its daily update of COVID-19.
In total, Nigeria recorded 26 new Cases. Ebonyi recorded the highest number with – 10, Lagos-9, FCT-2, Kano-2, Osun-2 and Oyo-1.
This brings the total number of confirmed cases in the country to 164,233 with 154,332 recovered patients, and 2,061 deaths.
The agency has advised Nigerians to continue obeying all COVID-19 protocols despite taking the vaccine.
