A Federal High Court sitting in Zamfara has declined request for an ex parte order by a faction of the People’s Democratic Party backed by chairman of the PDP Governors Forum, Bala Mohammed to hold the party’s National Executive Council(NEC).
The group approached the Court for an order to hold its NEC meeting as earlier scheduled.
Justice Salim Ibrahim in his ruling declined the request and adjourned further hearing on the case to Friday, October 25.
