A Federal High court sitting in Abuja has dismissed the application filed by detained lawmaker, Farah Dagogo seeking to stop the governorship primary of the People’s Democratic Party in Rivers state.

The Court dismissed the application on grounds that it was filed late and as such applicant cannot induce urgency on the court.

The court adjourned hearing on the substantive case to June 7 2022.

Farah had gone to court to stop the Guber  Primary of the PDP in Rivers State for not including him for the exercise.

He wàs arrested at the screening venue few weeks ago for allegedly disrupting the exercise.
