A suit seeking to disqualify governorship candidate of the Social Democratic Party in Rivers State, Sen. Magnus Abe has been adjourned to January 12 2023.
A member of the SDP, Ataisi Ntene had dragged Abe to court over alleged double nomination.
He is asking the court to disqualify Abe from contesting the governorship election next year.
Abe had contested the primary of the APC in Rivers State and lost before decamping to the SDP to clinch its ticket.
