The Nigeria Army has said that some criminal elements are trying to discredit the military and the Nigerian Government.
The Chief of Army staff made this known in a statement yesterday, through the Acting Director Public Relations, Sagir Musa.
He said, ” These agitators are falsely accusing the NA of being responsible for the activities of the miscreants despite glaring evidence to the contrary.”
“Criminal elements are threatening us with travel ban but we are not worried because we must remain in this country to make it better” he added.
Buratai also said he does not mind leaving the rest of his life in the country.
