The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), says Former Governor of Lagos State, Ahmed Tinubu is still under investigation.
Chairman of the Commission, Abdulrasheed Bawa who made this known in a chat with journalists on Sunday, said such Investigation takes time.
Bawa, stated that Investigations are ongoing on a daily basis and that they have requested for Tinubu’s assets declaration form.
“Investigation is ongoing. When you are investigating matters like this, they don’t end in a day. Thousands of investigations are going on, on a daily basis.”
“You understand? You know you are from the media. After you will say we are doing media trial,” Bawa said.
