The Supreme Court has dismissed two appeals brought before it by Atiku Abubakar of the PDP and Peter Obi of Labour Party seeking to nullify the election victory of Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The apex court in its ruling Today said the appeals lack merit.
“This Appeal lacks merit and is hereby dismissed” – Justice Okoro ruled.
