Prof. Charles Esimone has been appointed as the new Returning Officer for this saturday’s Governorship election in Rivers State.
Prof. Esimone replaces Prof. Teddy Charles Adias, Vice Chancellor of the Federal University Otuoke in Bayelsa State, who served as Returning Officer for the Presidential elections in Rivers State.
Charles Okechukwu Esimone, professor of biopharmaceutics and pharmaceutical biotechnology, is the Vice-Chancellor of Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka, Nigeria.
Professor Esimone, was born on the 31st of December 1970 and an Alumnus of Nnamdi Azikiwe University.
