The Rivers State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Abuja has dismissed the petition filed by the governorship candidate of the Accord Party Dumo Lulu-Briggs challenging the victory of Sim Fubara of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).
The three-member panel of the Tribunal dismissed the petition shortly dismissing that of Beatrice Itubo of Labour Party.
