Christian Universal Church International belonging to the father of Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State, has been rocked by multiple explosions.
According to reports, the hoodlums sneaked into the church situated at 25 Azikiwe Street Mile, 3 Diobu, yesterday, Saturday night and detonated explosives suspected to be dynamite.
An eyewitness confirmed that two of the five suspects were apprehended by the local vigilante group in the area and were handed over to the Police.
There were no casualties but a large portion of the building was damaged. Meanwhile security have been beefed up in the area to maintain peace and order.
