The Kwara State Government has announced that all 176 people abducted during the February 3, 2026 attack on Woro and Nuku communities in Kaiama Local Government Area have been released.
The government disclosed this in a statement shared on its official Facebook page on Wednesday.
The victims were kidnapped after Boko Haram-linked insurgents stormed the rural communities on motorcycles, carrying out a coordinated attack that reportedly lasted for several hours.
