The Bonny LG Council has announced the death of a former Chairman of the Council and former Commissioner in Rivers State, Amaopusenibo Rodaford Longjohn.
The Council made the announcement on Thursday, July 20, 2023 in a press statement.
It said Rodaford Longjohn died on Tuesday, July 18.
Also, His Majesty, King Edward Asimini William Dappa Pepple III, Edward I, Perekule XI, Natural Ruler and Amanyanabo of Bonny Kingdom, has commiserated with family of the deceased.
The monarch in a statement, remarked that, during his lifetime, the deceased was a titled citizen of Bonny Kingdom, who made a significant impact on the community.
He described him as “a dedicated and generous public servant who worked tirelessly to improve the lives of our people.
