FCT Minister Nyesom Wike has assured that the Ikwerre ethnic nationality will continue to be influential in Nigeria’s politics.

Wike made the remarks during a special visit to Emohua organised by the Local Government Council.

He warned that those who have benefited from the Ikwerre people but intend to repay them with harm should be ready to face the consequences.

“Whether heaven will fall, let it fall. You don’t need to panic. Ikwerre will continue to be relevant in the politics of this country,” Wike stated. “Anybody that the Ikwerre people have done good for and wants to pay us with bad, I wish him good luck. Anything you see, you take.”
