The Arewa Youth Consultative Forum, AYCF, has called on the Federal Government to ban the ongoing Big Brother Naija, TV reality show.
Yerima Shettima, National President, of the forum in a statement described the show as a calamity that should be discouraged.
He urged lovers of the country to call the attention of the government on the implication of the reality show which he said promotes immorality and must be discouraged.
“I have often said this show promotes immorality and the Nigerian government should please ban it, it should not be allowed to be aired in our country,” he said.
“You see, a lot of people watch to see immorality acts, those sex things displaying their nakedness, and they have made it look like a ‘blue film;’ so, this must be discouraged,” he added.
