Chairman of the Rivers State Civil Society Organizations, RIVCSO, Enefaa Georgewill has again accused the Police of killing Ikoku spare part dealer, Chukwudi Okereke.
Georgewill in a statement at the University of Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital today, where autopsy was conducted on the body of the deceased called for the arrest of the Octopus commander.
According to him, Pathologists from both sides confirmed that chukwudi died of extreme torture that resulted to internal bleeding.
Chukwudi reportedly died in the custody of the Octopus Strike Unit. Police say he was a kidnapper and a cultist.
