The Chairman of Asari-Toru Local Government Council, Engr. Sule Amachree has launched the Sule Empowers Asalgans (S.E.A.)Project.
Speaking at the ceremony, on Thursday, the Council Chairman, said this project is in line with his campaign promise.
He also said the project is designed to reach out to the local people in dire need of livelihood.
According to him, the project is in phases and ranges from 500 thousand naira, 300 thousand naira, 200 thousand and below.
Also speaking, the Rivers State Chairman of the Action Peoples Party APP, Sunny Wokekoro lauded the Council Chairman, Engr. Sule Amachree as a trail blazer who has shown that he has gone through the APP ‘s manifesto by demonstrating a sense of humanity as indicated by the testimonies of the physically challenged and non-indigenes , adding that the Council Chairman as a seasoned administrator does not segregate in the empowerment scheme.
