The State Assembly Forum (ASAF) of the APC has urged the Rivers State governor, Sim Fubara to allow former governor of the state, Nyesom Wike defect to the party.
Amb. Fubara Dagogo, Director General of the Forum in a statement in Abuja on Tuesday said Rivers will benefit more from Wike in the APC.
He also said APC is prepared to receive Wike into it’s fold and tap from his wealth of experience in politics and governance.
“The experience and network of ex governor Wike in administering Rivers state will be more enriching if he finally joins and reflects such at the center with the ruling APC, the party will be ready and happy to receive him in its fold to join in the onerous task of taking Nigeria to greater heights,” he said.
