The Appeal Court sitting in Abuja has nullified the ruling of a Federal High Court against the Rivers State Local Government election.
The Appeal Court in its ruling on Thursday said the Federal High Court lacked the jurisdiction to entertain the matter by the All Progressives Congress.
It, therefore, set aside the ruling of the FHC against the conduct of the elections.
